Need Online Backup

One time I downloaded a new version of explorer, then when I finished downloaded I can’t open anymore my internet explorer… my husband in the whole night fixed it but until in the morning he can’t find the problem. We just tried out again to find the files why is not working, until we decided to reformat again my computer and now some of my files are gone, I can’t find anymore. This time I need an online backup for my important keep and secure in times of my hard drives damaged so that I can easily to recover my important files.
