Ladies Night

It was very good night celebrated my one of my good friend birthday. We had dinner date with her friends and my friends too at Restaurant Desperado and had Mexican fine food. After having dinner at restaurant, we went to bar and had long drinks…eww! We ordered fine cocktails drinks…it was wonderful night, bonding though celebrating my friend birthday.…The celebrant received our surprised gifts and that’s made her amazed… Oh yay so nice if always celebrating birthday that so sweet receiving beautiful gifts from friends….

Filipino Favorites Snack

Sometimes early morning in brunch time, I eat PUTO (a steamed rice cake a favorites Filipino desserts). Hmm I love this for breakfast with matching one glass of milk, so that is enough for me for brunch. My son also like it…sometimes he ate 2 pieces; I am impressed he loves Filipino desserts than to his Dad. As his Dad said this Puto just only rice… (*laugh*) and I just told to him is different taste because it’s a dessert rice cake. He eat but just a one piece of Puto (*sigh*). He likes only the Leche flan dessert no other than (*laugh). His does not like all Filipino desserts yet he likes Filipino food…Eww! He is not fussy when it come Filipino main dish.

I prepared this dessert in the night and I eat in the next daytime of brunch, I love it.

My Pumpkin Soup

The finest pumpkin soup that I had ever done in my living it was last night. My husband gaves me two thumbs up. I knew what he will say if the food is not good enough and tasteful, when is tasteful he says “very fine” when is not good enough he says “yeah yeah or ohmmm or yeah good” that his expression. I was glad he loves it.

I simmer the slice pumpkin until get soft then I grind the pumpkin then put back to the bowl and simmer in a minutes and I put a little bit seasoning and voila it was finest pumpkin soup that I have done.

Sticky Rice

When we were in the car from Blausee, my mom and I talked about what we cook this evening for dinner, you know what came into my mind? I was thinking to cook sticky rice. I was thinking for so long to cook sticky rice but I don’t know how to cook this sticky rice. Shame for me I did not listen and watched to my mom when she cooks this kind of food when I was in teenage years. I am glad my mom is here and my chance to learn to cook this kind of food. She did very well, is just so easy and quick to do. This is what we had cooked this evening. Hmm..delicious, perfect taste (biko na may latik pa naglutaw jud lols). This is what I have missed Sticky Rice with little skin lemon. Nyay! (banat ni ugma sayo sa buntag kaon kay lami au).

Heart Shape Pizza

Yesterday afternoon, we were in Rosengarten (Rose Garden in English) just roaming around, to have walk and to have a little bit sun.
In the evening we went to National Restaurant La Favorita (Italian restaurant) near by our house, we had soups then Valentines Heart shape pizzas for main menu. It was great food they have in there. We went home early because our baby was not on the mood, I think; he was so tired.
