The Isola Bella Borromeo Palace

I blogged yesterday about our vacation in Italy. I am thinking to share you some photos that we had took inside of the Isola Bella Borromeo Palace (The Beautiful Island Borromeo Palace) as I haven’t posted some photos. Isola Bella one of the touristy Island in Lago Maggiore and accessible by boat from a number of towns like Stresa and Baveno. Inside of the palace, some angle not allowed taking photos so we have not a lot of photos to share you in here even these are just a few photos hopefully you enjoy it.

Vacation In Italy

We had short vacation yet unforgettable and beautiful vacation by the Lago Maggiore in Feriolo neighbouring cities of Stresa, Verbania and Baveno. It was together my lalabs and my friend together her son. We stayed in bungalow Maxi caravan at Conca d’ Oro Village. It has good accommodation, has TV, kitchen, Toilette, 3 beds in one bedroom where my friend used it and has one master bedroom that we (my husband and son) had used. The village was peaceful, beautiful scenery and comfortable to stay for relaxing which is far from noisy place. We visited a local major tourist attraction called the Beautiful Island in Lago Maggiore called Isola Bella and Isola Pescatori or Isola Superiore. In the next day we visited the little city of Stresa but before that we went to the Mottarone mount, we rode cablecar to reach the mount Mottarone. It took 20 minutes to reach an altitude of 1.491 meters above sea level. The Mottarone one of the most beautiful natural balconies in the whole Piedmont region, the visitors eye is struck by the summit of known mount like Monte Rosa and the seven lakes of Italy, Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Lake Mergozzo, lake Varese, Lake Comabbio, Lake Monate, Lake Biandronno, lying in a natural basin, which gives the impression of Italy.

The trip going there from our place (Berne) with our car was sound good and we had fun. Then after 3 nights staying there, way back home we took the way to Simplon Pass, then Grimsel Pass, which was also so fun passing those highest passes mountains in Switzerland.

Photo below inside of the Palace Isola Bella. It's amazing palace, priceless works of art such as tapestries, furniture, statues, paintings, and stuccoes. It has great unusual mosaic grotto , cool and delightful place.

City Tour Friedrichshafen, Germany

I have been in Europa Park, which is a biggest theme park in Europe but were just at the park on that time, I have never tour some cities in Germany.

So far, last past few weekend we went to Friedrichshafen a one town in Germany located by the Bodensee Lake at the south of Germany near the borders side with Switzerland and Austria. The Friedrichshafen one of the best known the home to the Zeppelin airship company and the Dornier Flugzeugwerke as well as ZF Friedrichshafen AG, manufacturer of transmission systems.

Our tour weekend it was not our plan…we thanks that it was perfect destination that I can say. It was sunny day and warm but it was lil bit foggy, so we can’t see clearly the mighty Swiss alps as we stroll around the bustling lakeside promenade and around the city. Lovely city and neat… I am so happy I’ve visit this city.

Short Vacation

At Monday, office workers haven’t work. My husband and I planning again out of town within just 2 nights stay in hotel during weekend. We talked about visiting New Swanstein Castle in Fussen, Germany it is a little bit far from our place; this could be 3 hours to drive a car. This is not already fix plan but this could be nice trip and maybe we will go to direct to München.

Swanstein Castle this one they base Disney land Castle. I am pretty sure you heard this very known park of the World.

Anyway, as what I’ve said my last post at my other blog geneveric.com that am going to share some photos we took during our tour in Friedrichshafen and Lindau Germany. Those are lovely town close by Switzerland. I love Lindau Island, is so Romantic Island that you must visit when you were in these place. Lindau is so close town of Bregenz, Austria. I will gonna post some photos very soon.

Thun Town

One beautiful afternoon we talked for a walked. We just in loved this little town called Thun town. This is one of the oldest towns in Berner Oberland We stroll again and again when the weather is perfect not too cold not too hot. We never regret to visit again and again because it’s romantic era town and has a beautiful scenic views reflecting the beautiful alpine of Berner Oberland that we feel in loved to visit repeatedly.

My Sweet Little "Bee" Boy In The Carnival Day

Starting yesterday here in Berne is Fasnact (Carnival) days until late Saturday night. Berne is the third largest Fasnacht event in Switzerland. People enjoy wearing masks, wearing costumes as like Halloween, hearing the bands of carnival their noisy and crazy music. Having street theatre music and everywhere.

Today, in the afternoon, it was children promenade Fasnacht (Carnival) day, baby Cedric wore his cute costumes a “Bumble Bee” costumes. When we were at Bundesplatz (ground house of parliament) there are tourists people and 2 ladies requested to have a pictures with my sweet little “Bee” boy but my “Bee” boy was shy to them so it was not so perfect shot that they got (*grin*).

Sunken City Is To Up-arise.

I browse online news tonight this is what I found. The sunken city is to up-rise soon. I don’t know if you heard already this news. This is the latest news that I have read this evening at 20min dot ch.

Of artificial lake, flooded Thracian -City Seuttopolis in Bulgaria is to be drying-put. In the middle in the lake, a gigantic dam will protect the antique ruins.

The ancient city founded by the king Thracian king Seuthes III, and the capital of the Odrysian kingdom since 320 BC. The city were discovered and excavated in 1948.

Now these days they want to reconstruct again this sunken city. I think this could be great impressions to this country of Bulgaria and new exciting destinations and attraction of travellers. Interesting huh!

Las Vegas Strip

The Las Vegas city it has a name the most exciting city in the world. My sister telling me that Las Vegas City is worth to visit. She urges me that I should visit someday. In Las Vegas, there are many things to do; there are exciting interesting attractions that worth to visit and experience fantastic shows that I could never found in the other places. I am thankful I discovered las vegas strip where I can find the highlighted and famous attractions and where I could also found the luxurious hotels, affordable hotels or hotel promotions and the famous exciting shows.

Therefore, if I have a chance to visit in las vegas someday I knew now where I could find hotels promotion and famous exciting shows in Las Vegas.

I have cousin chatted this morning. We talked many different topics. One of the topics we discussed to have beach vacation way back to Philippines. Oh yeah we talk about beaches vacation and I told her about the choices that I can bring my family with us to have beach vacation which is so easy and not too far, in Boracay or Bohol in Panglao Island. Then she told me if she could have a chance to visit now in Philippines she wanted to visit Bohol, Cebu and Palawan. I told her too that I want to visit in Palawan to have beach vacation and visit some interesting attractions and places in Palawan.
