The Isola Bella Borromeo Palace

I blogged yesterday about our vacation in Italy. I am thinking to share you some photos that we had took inside of the Isola Bella Borromeo Palace (The Beautiful Island Borromeo Palace) as I haven’t posted some photos. Isola Bella one of the touristy Island in Lago Maggiore and accessible by boat from a number of towns like Stresa and Baveno. Inside of the palace, some angle not allowed taking photos so we have not a lot of photos to share you in here even these are just a few photos hopefully you enjoy it.

Just An Update To Our Vacation To Philippines

It’s 2nd of June now. We’re in the middle of the year now, right? Summer is here…. sometimes the temperatures hot sometimes its chilling days in here, the weather are perfect yet quite windy.

Now, I say, it’s time to have beach vacation but at this moment my husband and I wouldn’t going to beach as we have plan to have vacation in Philippines at this coming Autumn season yet no fix date. We didn’t book our flight already we need a time to plan as we have son not already 2 years old…I am sure this is not so easy with a little baby to travel anywhere and too far from home…sooner we will fix it when and where we stay in Philippines. I can’t wait to step again my homeland and see my parent and siblings.

City Tour Friedrichshafen, Germany

I have been in Europa Park, which is a biggest theme park in Europe but were just at the park on that time, I have never tour some cities in Germany.

So far, last past few weekend we went to Friedrichshafen a one town in Germany located by the Bodensee Lake at the south of Germany near the borders side with Switzerland and Austria. The Friedrichshafen one of the best known the home to the Zeppelin airship company and the Dornier Flugzeugwerke as well as ZF Friedrichshafen AG, manufacturer of transmission systems.

Our tour weekend it was not our plan…we thanks that it was perfect destination that I can say. It was sunny day and warm but it was lil bit foggy, so we can’t see clearly the mighty Swiss alps as we stroll around the bustling lakeside promenade and around the city. Lovely city and neat… I am so happy I’ve visit this city.

Short Vacation

At Monday, office workers haven’t work. My husband and I planning again out of town within just 2 nights stay in hotel during weekend. We talked about visiting New Swanstein Castle in Fussen, Germany it is a little bit far from our place; this could be 3 hours to drive a car. This is not already fix plan but this could be nice trip and maybe we will go to direct to München.

Swanstein Castle this one they base Disney land Castle. I am pretty sure you heard this very known park of the World.

Anyway, as what I’ve said my last post at my other blog geneveric.com that am going to share some photos we took during our tour in Friedrichshafen and Lindau Germany. Those are lovely town close by Switzerland. I love Lindau Island, is so Romantic Island that you must visit when you were in these place. Lindau is so close town of Bregenz, Austria. I will gonna post some photos very soon.

Thun Town

One beautiful afternoon we talked for a walked. We just in loved this little town called Thun town. This is one of the oldest towns in Berner Oberland We stroll again and again when the weather is perfect not too cold not too hot. We never regret to visit again and again because it’s romantic era town and has a beautiful scenic views reflecting the beautiful alpine of Berner Oberland that we feel in loved to visit repeatedly.

A Fun Day

How day, folks? What you had done today? Do you have some fun today? If you ask me at the same question, we have fun today not just fun we had beautiful day. Today, it’s a last day of Fasnacht (Carnival), my husband, son Cedric and I went to the city and watched promenade of Fasnacht. It was a lot of fun, hearing, crazy and fun music that made us shake shake shaked our butts (*laugh*). Too sexy I wore high heels I felt painful in my legs and feet standing on the street watching Carnival promenade with my son on my arms I had no time to sat down and let my legs and arms calm. It’s almost 2 hours we stood up and watched the promenade. After an hour, my friends came. We had chitchat and then after we went to Westside mall in Brünnen, and watch the live concert. My Sweet Little "Bee" Boy In The Carnival Day

Starting yesterday here in Berne is Fasnact (Carnival) days until late Saturday night. Berne is the third largest Fasnacht event in Switzerland. People enjoy wearing masks, wearing costumes as like Halloween, hearing the bands of carnival their noisy and crazy music. Having street theatre music and everywhere.

Today, in the afternoon, it was children promenade Fasnacht (Carnival) day, baby Cedric wore his cute costumes a “Bumble Bee” costumes. When we were at Bundesplatz (ground house of parliament) there are tourists people and 2 ladies requested to have a pictures with my sweet little “Bee” boy but my “Bee” boy was shy to them so it was not so perfect shot that they got (*grin*).

Sunken City Is To Up-arise.

I browse online news tonight this is what I found. The sunken city is to up-rise soon. I don’t know if you heard already this news. This is the latest news that I have read this evening at 20min dot ch.

Of artificial lake, flooded Thracian -City Seuttopolis in Bulgaria is to be drying-put. In the middle in the lake, a gigantic dam will protect the antique ruins.

The ancient city founded by the king Thracian king Seuthes III, and the capital of the Odrysian kingdom since 320 BC. The city were discovered and excavated in 1948.

Now these days they want to reconstruct again this sunken city. I think this could be great impressions to this country of Bulgaria and new exciting destinations and attraction of travellers. Interesting huh!

Amazing View From Gurnigel Pass

It’s so amazing to go up to the mountain walk on the snow do snow sledging, enjoying the breathtaking views, breathing the fresh air, having peace of mind and have a relaxation. Last Sunday my husband and I talked to go up the mountain as we had watched weather news at the Saturday evening as it has said that about 2000 meters from sea level having a sun and from low land having a fog. Therefore, in the next day we decided to go up to the Gurnigel Mountain. Gurnigel mount is about 1608 meters from sea level, one of the highest pass mountains in Bern and it is about 45 minutes car drive from City of Bern. So folks, take a deep breath…!!! The Coldness Night

It’s freezing here right now in our place. It is so cold! do you know how cold is it? In the south of Switzerland in Tecino region, it is minus 26 Celsius what if in North Switzerland in our area? This is the coldness night in the winter of this year. Oh, yah I am not complaining about that just sharing what we have temperature at this time, yah know it is nice when is cold with snow but when is cold without snow grrr it is boring! Goodness we have snow at this moment but everyday started last week the sun was shining maybe sooner in the lowland the snow will melt but on the high mountain will remain having snow, which is good for skiers, snowboarders and snow ledgers.

I want to go to snow sledge soon. I cannot wait for this I think this coming New Year 2nd week of January.

Enjoying With The Snow

It was beautiful day and fun day yesterday. Me my babies Cedric were with my friends we went up to the Gurten Hill and did snow sledding. It was fun and so exciting with the snow sledding. Baby Cedric enjoy the snow slide but felt frozen as he don’t enough jacket and shoes which not good for snow sledding because we never thought that we can do snow sledged. My friends enjoyed the magnificent view from Gurten Hill where we can see the breathtaking view the Alps and the land of Berner Oberland. Thanks God it was beautiful weather and not too cloudy.

My husband and I love snow sledding; it is a lot of fun and so exciting. Moreover, today baby Cedric, me and I had another day for snow sledding and went up again to Gurten Hill. Therefore, that was makes me comfort and baby Cedric and I was not worried to my boy.

The Las Vegas city it has a name the most exciting city in the world. My sister telling me that Las Vegas City is worth to visit. She urges me that I should visit someday. In Las Vegas, there are many things to do; there are exciting interesting attractions that worth to visit and experience fantastic shows that I could never found in the other places. I am thankful I discovered las vegas strip where I can find the highlighted and famous attractions and where I could also found the luxurious hotels, affordable hotels or hotel promotions and the famous exciting shows.

Therefore, if I have a chance to visit in las vegas someday I knew now where I could find hotels promotion and famous exciting shows in Las Vegas.

I have cousin chatted this morning. We talked many different topics. One of the topics we discussed to have beach vacation way back to Philippines. Oh yeah we talk about beaches vacation and I told her about the choices that I can bring my family with us to have beach vacation which is so easy and not too far, in Boracay or Bohol in Panglao Island. Then she told me if she could have a chance to visit now in Philippines she wanted to visit Bohol, Cebu and Palawan. Flight Back To Homeland

In Friday (that was October 24) was the flight of my mom back to Philippines. Saying goodbye to my mom, it is hard to say but that is the life that I choose being far away of my parent and my siblings that we must accept it being a wife of foreign man. Today my mom arrived in our hometown Tacloban city, I thought she will stay longer in my brother house in Manila but surprisingly she is now at home in our house in Tacloban. As my brother said my mom missed her partner (my Dad) and of course my siblings my 3 brothers and 1 sister. I called her few hours ago, talked her long through telephone, and asked her how her travel was and so on and she was so excited telling my Dad my siblings about her happenings here in Switzerland with us my husband and her 1st grand child. I am happy that she has arrived safe and secure to her destination in our homeland.

First To Be

Yah know I have so many photos to post that we had taken yesterday during our delightful trip. It was delightful trip we had in Grindelwald visiting at FIRST a FIRST to be on the mountain a case on point. It was the first ride and first experienced of my mom on the mountains with gondola lift (cable car). The three-stage lift it was once the longest chair lift in Europe but now is gondola lift. First is the first place in Grinderlwald, people hiking enjoying the amazing views of the Grindelwald basin and the most famous mountains among the Wetterhorn, the Eiger, the Schreckhorn and the Fiescherhörner.
